Here's how it works and what it can do for you-

• Get pre-approved for a mortgage. If you already have a mortgage pre-approval that's great! If not, we begin by showing you how much home you can afford and start you in the right direction.
• Once you have your mortgage pre-approval, we then select your home's criteria. Selecting a neighborhood and home requirements such as- Amount of bedrooms, lot size, garage, basement, style, and home size.
• Begin searching for homes that match your criteria. A thorough search in the multiple listing system (MLS) will narrow down the choices of homes.
• Start viewing homes! This is where we shop for homes that are for sale that match your criteria. We only see homes that you like and can afford.
• Once we've found the home that you want to buy, we write a sales agreement. I show you, step-by-step, what the sales agreement means.
• After the home inspection is complete and all other conditions are met it's time to close.
• Closing- We all meet at the title company to sign your loan papers and get the keys to your new home!
• Best of all, my commission is collected from the seller so there is no cost to you for this service!
